   I always sleep with headphones on, but as a side sleeper I would always have to take one earbud out any time I wanted to turn onto my side as it was way too uncomfortable to keep the earbud in. I tried a pair of sleep earphones that go over your ear and then a metal memory cord wraps around the back of your ears in order to keep them in place. They worked okay, but any time I laid on my side I would feel the metal between my ear and my head and would be uncomfortable. Even if I did find a comfortable spot to put the memory cord, I would have to try to redo it each night, or each time I moved.These sleep headphones solve that problem by using the headband to keep the headphones in place on your head. How it works is the headphones themselves slide in the back of the headband and are free-moving, so it takes a little adjustment to get them in the right spot on your ears. Once you get them in the right spot though, you don’t have to worry about them again until the next time you take off the headband and put it back on.The headphones themselves sound surprisingly good, even providing some bass for the various songs I’ve tried. Another bonus is that the headphones are removable from the headband, so if you tend to sweat a lot like I do, or if the headband just gets dirty, you can wash it.The headphones themselves are about as thick as a regular bic pen, and just end up pushing against the pillow (even if you prefer a firm pillow as I do). One of my favorite things about these headphones is their ease of use.    This headband has free floating headphones on the inside. You need to position the ear pieces to where your ears are but once there they stay put as the headband fits securely on your head. The headband itself is a soft fleece material, its warm and comfortable. The ear pieces feel like they are fairly thin and round. Kind of resembles the old headphones or the ones you get on a plane without the adjustable band. The cord comes out the inside back of the headband, I do wish the cord was longer, it is about 3 feet. Therefore, what ever you plug it into has to be fairly close. Not sure sleeping with such a short cord is the best idea but wearing it and having the music device in a pocket is much more ideal. The music plays adequately loud and it is good quality sound. Since it is for sleep i dont think it needs to be so loud. Also, the fleece keeps in the sound while filters out environmental sound. This headbad is universal and cna be plugged into any device that has a standard headphone jack. It is convenient for winter months and is much more comfortable than earbuds in my ears and a headband over it. I purchased these headphones at a discounted price in exchange for a honest and unbiased review.

   This AFUNTA Multi Use Soft Fleece Stereo Headphone/Earmuffs is so amazing! It feels so comfortable for bedtime, the inner speakers are super thin and are well cushioned with the soft fleece material, its warm and cushioned headband and extremely comfortable. I even place the headband over my eyes. I love being able to play my music that will lull me to sleep, I suffer from mild insomnia so this is perfect for me. It comes with a super long 52″ inch heavy duty cable so you have plenty of room to move around without it unplugging or tangling. This is also very versatile, the weather is getting cold in my region so I have used this to go out, and listen to my music and keep my forehead and my ears warm as I wear this as a headband. I really love and appreciate that feature. This is extremely useful from bed to outdoors and it looks stylish as well. I highly recommend this for everyone who loves to listen to music around the clock.
